Those are my friend Fiona's favourite poppies, she has them all over her acreage.

@HeathenFarmer
It took a couple years but the seeds we planted are now growing everywhere. I sometimes have to weed them out because there are too many. It's my favourite poppy.

Lovely photos.

@itsmedammit
Thank you. Practice makes perfect and the garden helps perfectly.

Wow those are all beautiful. I really need to plant more flowers but I’m to busy planting edibles right now

I agree with you. If I had your space away from city limits I'd do exactly what you're doing. I have no food to share only flowers.

Skeleton Man is really interesting

Heidi68 Level 8 Dec 10, 2018

@Heidi68
It's very dark with thin petals and hard to notice from a distance. Here are a couple more 'spider' daylilies.

@flower_nut I am drawn to the darker ones but I really like how the design on petals of the orange one alternates.

@Heidi68
These 2 photos of the skeleton man aren't as dark as the first photo. The last one is called supermodel.

@flower_nut those 3 are stunning!

@Heidi68
They change colour with the amount of sunlight they get. When they first open is the best time for a photo if you like dark colours.

Posted by KateOahuI saw some pretty flowers on a walk today. I’d never seen a white Hibiscus before. And I do not know what the pink flowers are.
