A beautiful sight to my eyes.
I'm addicted! I want more but I'm afraid the heap will get too big to manage??
@farmboy2017 I'm always amazed at how a 3' pile over three months collapses down to 6"!
@farmboy2017
I'm the same way. I think of it as free gold! I take as much as I can carry and worry about what to do with it later. Maybe not the wisest approach, but I figure the worst that could happen is that some of it might not get used in the most efficient way.
@FrayedBear
Yes.
@FrayedBear Very true!! Corn leaves are the worst.
@FrayedBear, @skado Agreed. Take all you can get!
@farmboy2017 Don't have that particular leaf but I know how grass and hay disappears.
@farmboy2017 rarely get it free. Old saying "where there's muck there's brass lad" and round here shit sells!
You have been busy!!
I like to take advantage of any chance I get to improve my soil. I have about 9,000 square feet of old gardens that were abused for 50 years and I'm trying to correct the abuse.

Posted by KateOahuI saw some pretty flowers on a walk today. I’d never seen a white Hibiscus before. And I do not know what the pink flowers are.
