Seems like a Magnolia, but which one I know not, the leaves are very magnolia like as well.

I'm convinced it is a magnolia, but I prefer my first answer. Whatever it is, it has a cute face.

I believe it is the Kilroyis Graffitis; first discovered in Europe in the 40s wherever American GIs were deployed.

it does look like it has eyes and a nose

is it a camelia? all the pics I saw had the flower open but the leaves look similar
