Forsythia is starting to bloom...the old time rose growers say this is the time to prune roses, so off I go...

We mostly prune ours in the autumn, but we have short mild winters and spring comes early.

I think I missed the Forsythia day, lol. Tulips are about done already! Pruning the roses sounds about right.

I just put in 10 phlox this spring

Forsythia is pretty much done here.....now its time for the Siberian Iris and Ajuga and the creeping phlox....trying to post some pics but it will only pick up one. ????
