Very interesting. We have a similar sculpture in front of a local coffee place in the village. I can't find a picture of the front of the shop but I do have a link for the place. [facebook.com]

As someone who just paid to have a wheel put back in to true-straightness....I can tell you that every one of those rims are no doubt beyond repair....
