Look at these wild beauties. The morning glory is growing along the back edge of the pasture and the cute purple thing is growing down a path into the woods behind the house.

Both are lovely, just as they are.

Nice looking flowers. Too bad the Morning Glories are invasive in this part of the country.

I don't mind - they are lovely. Besides I would rather they invade instead of poison ivy.... 😀

Trumpet vines seem to be invading here in Central PA...and that Autumn Joy clematis...I have struggled to get rid of it, but to no avail....

@Heidi68 Let us know how that works a year from now.

@JackPedigo I have 10.5 acres - 7ish is woods - nature can do as it pleases

@Heidi68 She often does and we sometimes wonder what hit us.

They don't seem to grow out of control here in the southern states of the US. There are much more 'invasive' plants here then the Morning Glory.

@thinktwice Good luck getting rid of Trumpet Vines. Their roots grow deep.

The purple thing looks like sweet peas...they are lovely and appear randomly in my garden as well...I love morning glories as well...

They look nice... Not a big fan of purple though... I like white roses and red... 😊

I am beginning to love whatever nature produces... my roses look horrible this year so I am hunting other things to photograph 😁😁😁

@Heidi68 do don't get me wrong, I love nature as well 😊

Posted by KateOahuI saw some pretty flowers on a walk today. I’d never seen a white Hibiscus before. And I do not know what the pink flowers are.
