I am so pleased with my self wicking tubs. I have a townhouse condo and only have my deck which I can grow anything. Tomatoes are just starting to turn red. Can’t wait for the feast.

  1. Heirloom Yellow Pear cherry tomato
  2. Beef Steak tomato
  3. Sweet 100 Heirloom tomato
  4. Beef Steak
  5. Sweet 100
  6. Yellow Pear
    7 & 8) a morning visitor, I don’t know the name. Anyone?

@MsHoliday You know, I don't think I have ever had beefsteak tomato?

@MsHoliday I never find them! Just the small amish ones or Romas sometimes.

What a gorgeous butterfly!
...I am jealous of your tomato growing ability. Something ALWAYS gets them here. I mean ALWAYS. tried for 15 years before quitting in disgust.

Very interesting. I looked up self-wicking tubs and might use this in the future.

@MsHoliday Believe it or not ours is a drought area in the summer. The only issue I can see is that will all the gallon jugs there is less room for roots. Also< , would be concerned about fine roots getting into the jugs.

Posted by KateOahuI saw some pretty flowers on a walk today. I’d never seen a white Hibiscus before. And I do not know what the pink flowers are.
