We used to have the sweetest old sow bear who would sit right in the brambles and eat them. We've had a couple of generations since but they are much more timid and it's rare to even see tracks.

I have an endless supply. They're an invasive species here, the Himalaya cultivar. I'm on the edge of the woods where there are acres and acres. I'm hoping for stretch of dry weather. It concentrates the flavor, too much moisture and they get flabby.
