I've never seen thar plant flower. Very cool to know they do flower.
Neither I nor the owner holding the pot knew.
Interesting! Do all the little 'ball's open into the pretty little flower?
No. They seem to grow on a sepate stalk but I'm beginning to have a suspicion that she has something else in the pot. The strings frequently do not root but if you look closely the flower stalk looks to come from the soil - apart from the one upper left which looks to have pearls attached. I noticed that a lot of the pearls had splits as if they are dessicated.
