The latest iris to bloom. This one is Moroccan Magic. The white background kind of hides the light colored standards, but the falls are wonderful.
The other plant is a wildflower in this part of the world called Blue Eyed Grass. It's part of the larger family of Iridaceae. Seeds and plants can be purchased on-line, but these little beauties will turn up in my lawn every so often. I've tried transplanting them, but have had no success with them coming back the next year even though they are supposed to be perennials.
