Does this Group cover mainly temperate zones? I am in another gardening group which covers hot country gardening, since I live part of the year in Spain. I am not very familiar with the different climatic zones in the USA so I don't know what is closest to my home climate in south-west UK. That is a possible problem for an organisation like this one that is open to the whole world!
Just show us what you've got. I already know what's in my garden.

information about rainfall
I live in the high desert of New Mexico. 7000 feet 14 inches of rainfall in good years lot of wind US zone 7
Wow, I didn't know it rained so much there. Amazing!
@AstralSmoke that is in a good year. NOrthern NM is much different from the south which is more clearly desert
If you are in Wales then you would be in a zone that is similar to Zones 7 or 8 in North America because of the warming effects you get from the Gulf Steam.
planthardiness.ars.usda.gov/ this just deals with temperature variation
There should be something for Europeans as well.
@AstralSmoke Yeah I think I would leave that up to them as they would better know the best reference

Posted by KateOahuI saw some pretty flowers on a walk today. I’d never seen a white Hibiscus before. And I do not know what the pink flowers are.
