I don't get it. The meal was made by someone. Or was God made by someone? Atheism doesn't deny people make artificial things, or food. If anything, the atheist can prove a human made the food by reproducing it themselves. A serious issue is the debate about physical constants and perceived order in the universe. However a cosmic god is totally at odds with the Judeo-Christian-Islamic etc deity.
