My latest encounter (credit card company): "your hold time is 9 minutes", then "8 minutes" then "7 minutes"..down to "one minute" oboyoboyoboy!
....4 minutes & 4 messages about "one minute" later, it jumps to "6 minutes"!!!!!!!!
