They need to add 1. confederate flags 2. empty bud light cans 3. empty Jim beam bottles 4. Honda civic with three different colored fenders with a spoiler and kid rock blasting out of the speakers

Those two are spot on... but this activity is not a good look...
If one asks the question of why they choose to emulate trailer trash, some unpleasant answers arise. Note the absence of confederate flags. Neo-Nazis in Germany routinely display those instead of the forbidden swastika. If they were to fly the confederate flag, it would cease to merely be realistic.
