The heads of these organizations should only be making minimum wage.

They should volunteer for free like all the people doing the actual work there do.

@Carin When Elizabeth Dole (Bob's wife) was head of the ARC back in the early 90s, she donated her $200K salary, as well as (I think), another half million dollars.
She was one of, if not THE last, to do that.
