Local Spanish police have apparently questioned her twice. She and her English friends got very drunk on vacation, two days later she went to the hospital for lower abdomen pain and Ta-da!

Real New York Post story, an English woman vacationing in Spain. But local Spanish wildlife services are apparently skeptical. They say it was probably a turtle.
