@Captnron59 Spicy BBQ sauces reflect a slave culture trying to disguise greasy and undesirable cuts of meat (for example pig ribs). In contrast, in Texas they use more desirable cuts of beef such as brisket and sauce is heresy.
Us crazy farts BBQ chicken with a coke can stuck up it's butt.
