I was entrenched in my church during most of the 60's and was as far from being a hippie as possible. But TODAY, I have been feeling like a hippie more and more, any other hippies out there? How about a sit-in or better yet a love-in!

I try to spread happiness wherever I go, but I've been told I need to get my shots first!

Well, have you? It might be important. Just saying.

Hippies are nice. And almost entirely NOT entrenched in the Church.

That was then, this is now! ?

@BeeHappy lets bring on the love-ins

Let's do it! 😉

@BeeHappy I have never done a love-in. How many people does it take to count as a love in? 3 or more?

I don't fucking know! I haven't done one either. Aren't there any hippies from the 60's here? I'm newbie hippie. Shit, am I going to lose my bell bottoms and tie-dyed peace sign t-shirt if I don't know?

I've found my "hippie" recently though back then we as metalheads chose to be called freaks because by my time hippies had become the "flock"...and sadly too soon to become republicans and prosperity xians.

Just one of the many definitions...and reasons...

Hmm, my daughter and grandkids call me a freak. I wonder if the meaning has changed? Lol

Well, before that it was the "sideshow" freak. Since Rick James there's been the "super freak". but wait, there's more! [urbandictionary.com]
