I've heard that too, but it doesn't sound like it would work; although, I've never tried.

@scurry My dad said you couldn't put salt on its tail unless you had already caught it.
@AtheistInNC Ya, that sounds legit. LOL. Maby it's one of those ironic sayings that lost its true meaning over time.
