Same as intelligence. My mom gets mad when I say I wish I was born with Downs, but they seem to have an infinitely better life than me.

@JeffMurray to be just like non Downs Syndrome people.
@FrayedBear Even if that were true, though I don't know what qualifies you to make that claim, it still wouldn't matter, people want what the other has all the time.

H.G. Wells wrote a short story "The Country of the Blind" in which the hero (or as it turns out the anti-hero) discovers that sometimes the blind adapt just fine when left alone.
