Ah, those "law and order" folks sure do believe in law and order. 
(Yet another story to debunk the "just a bad apple" and/or "good guy with a gun" fallacy(ies.)
I find his audacity rather alarming, actually. Just what was he planning and just who else is in on said plan. You don't order, purchase and attempt to pick up 34 guns and insane amounts of ammo, after Judge tells you 'NO GUNS WHILE YOU'RE OUT ON BOND." without a plan of some sort.
