I know that I post stuff that hasn't got a damn thing to do with gun control, I'm the host I can post whatever I want. not really, this is an emotional issue and people get fired up on both sides, there has to be some comic relief, or I'll go crazier than I already am, if that is even possible. I think of this group like King Arthur and the knights of the round table in that we are all the same. If you see something that's really funny, it doesn't matter what It's about, just can't let it get out of hand.

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Here's Obama on the logic of gun control - just 2 years ago, this month (June)...basically; he doesn't "want our guns", he just wants to register them, require training for them, suggests insurance for them -both for their loss/theft, and their victims (both accidental and intentional)....sort of like we have now, with cars. Can even be run by the same bureau, using a combined license.

@Robecology Wow, that doesn't work in my state. Every time I call Senator Pat Toomey's office, if someone even answers the phone, they are rude and obnoxious if I am not groveling before them saying how wonderful he is. And I know it isn't just me, it happens to a lot of people.

@Coldo well yes, every time there is a vote coming up and every time he votes for something that is harmful. He is a rabid tea party Republican.

@Coldo he very rarely shows up in the public or at any of his offices. He has little to no contact with his constituents. The Democratic Committee made a huge mistake with the candidate they decided to run against him. I blame the entire mess on them. In November the Republican who is running against our other senator is a Trump wannabe. If he wins and we have 2 Republican senators representing our state it will be time to pack up and leave
