A 14 year old with a gun... is not a responsible gun user. Always the same "states"... maybe the South wants to leave the Union... Again... always the same states... the ones full of gun carrying ammosexuals. I remember the woman the other day saying about a 15 year old... but he is a "child". A child with a gun is a Murderer with a Tool to do Murder.

I was fucking 3 when I was trained. That was a Marlin 22 lr. My dad trained me. He was expert in pistol and rifle. Keep that fucking thing high or low centered! Hell he had the record for the longest shot on base. I check my firearms in the morn and at night.
