Finnish Band Nightwish combine traditional instruments and Finnish folklore with rock music to great effect. Here they are with Elan, the video of which took almost a year to produce and features many well known Finnish actors and actresses, as well as the Nightwish symbol a snowy owl called Urho (Braveheart).

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Nightwish uses lyrical and heavy metal combined, but it has the dark melancholic feel of Finnish music in general, If you want to go for some nice folk suomi music look for korpiklaani (clan of the forest)
This is (as far as I know) the only music that they made in Finnish and in english and is simply singing about a guy working with metal (They really take folk themes and add guitars and drums)
