Pepper spray isn't bad for spoiling the aim. A friend used to carry a pot of white pepper and practiced pulling it out of his pocket whilst flipping the top off with his thumb.

What was the white pepper intended for, just out of curiosity?
@Zealandia Throw it in the eyes. - Very hard to hit or chase someone when blinded and sneezing.

She claims it’s cheaper than clay pigeon shooting.
@Zealandia Well throwing stones at a target is free, & strengthens the arm ya know. Then it can be expanded into the serious stuff.
