Probably weak from working with soft plastic bags.

@Zealandia It's bring your own, or pay 5 cents per plastic bag at checkout. I seldom see paper, & it has to be asked for.
@Lilac-JadeCanada Here plastic bags have been phased out, so it’s paper ones of various sizes or reusable tote bags.
I feel like a green grocer putting fruit in brown paper bags.
@Zealandia I just use my own cloth bags.
