About 50 years ago she visited HMS Scarborough. In case she needed it a brand new toilet was installed for her.
The plumbing was routed into the Petty Officer's mess where a suitably sized fish tank was waiting to receive HM's wastes. The intent was to add formalehyde and seal the tank which would then become the centrepiece for the Petty Officers mess. Sadly QEII didn't have a shit.
