Way, way back in the old days when the Police rode about the Outback towns on horse back, the local drunk was sitting by the road-side as the much detested Police Sergeant was riding by.
The drunk yells out to the Sergeant, " Hey, your horse is Mare, isn't it, it has its cunny under its tail doesn't it?"
The Sergeant replies, " Yeah it does of course."
Looking squarely into the Sergeants eyes and grinning widely the drunk says, " Well then she's a real special horse ain't she, she's also got a big cunny in the middle of her back as well."
Apologies for the crudity, but it IS an old Aussie Joke after all.

Seeing as people are now being fined £50 for dropping cigarette-ends on the street. I have wondered what would happen if one got dropped/flipped under a police-horses poop?

Not much, a friend of mine keeps horses and she has actually dropped a few ciggies into fresh horse manure from time to time and the ciggies have just gone out with even a sizzle.
But Pig manure is a very different story.
@273kelvin Well, I've seen both Police Horse Parades and ordinary horses travewl along city streets and never been fined or made to clean up after their horses have dropped a bit of manure or 3 in the streets.
Back when I was a kid, we had horse-drawn Milk-carts and Bread-carts traveling around town and you'd see women or men from various houses, armed with shovel and bucket eagerly collecting the manure for their gardens.
