Democrats Blowing on Embers With a Politicized Mueller

Robert Mueller appeared to have difficulty understanding and answering questions during his day-long hearings on Wednesday but snapped to attention to make political points, says Joe Lauria.

NPR covered both hearings all day yesterday. What a mockery of our governance! As Joe highlights above, along with a majority of the day in refusing to participate by some means or refer to the initial report, maybe his later observation is correct, senility. And as I watched the Rick Sanchez show later last night, it became apparent to me that Mueller probably, could have been, used for the reasons Lauria promotes. He, Mueller, looked like the walking dead on camera. The powers ruling over us need to retire this man back into the proverbial tool box they got him from in which we never see or hear of him again!

I however did not get the same sense. The first hearing was simply an obvious recall of the report to extend this false narrative towards the 2020 elections. With the Democrats adding glorification towards Mueller, even by adding a title of (doctor) to him. This was a move made a number of times through the day, it comes with a purpose. A collective capture towards supporting tribalist in which they need to accomplish a set narrative.

The second hearing of the Intelligence Committee did however provide a wakening moment. The first Republican to question Mueller, might have, I'm can't say for sure, went off script. Actually raised some good points towards leading reason to investigate the investigation. But then it all went down hill from there and became part 2 of the first hearing. The Republicans essentially collaborated with the Democrats by not asking the questions needed to get past the set narrative the first Republican stepped into for a moment.

This wasn't a hearing at all. It was Mueller dictating what he would answer, which was nothing, often referring back to the report. Often telling them he wouldn't go into that, in about 3 different ways. Which was a large part of in not a vast majority of the day. Gaming the system of time with repeats of questions time after time. If only I could have handed my hearing aids to him through the radio!

A hard on point in the hearings was made on Trump having said he wanted Mueller fired as being obstruction. Sorry folks, but Trump can say what ever he wants, as we all do, but he never fired Mueller did he? Talk is cheap, actions are the weight to notice. When the day comes we can be indicted and convicted on shit we say, is the day Minority Report becomes reality. Is this what we want? Don't give them any ideals!

In other words. The use of exoneration throughout this entire process of nearing 3 years has been a process of, perception management.
