Great info.. I already knew about pro and pre biotics but that bit about sauteing in broth is new to me.. I'll definitely try that...

I needed a refresher course. So much health stuff to keep up with.

All good tips. I noticed an absence of probiotic supplements (for a good reason) .Also noted #7 first item was exercise. However, these days that might be hard to do.

Why is exercise difficult these days?

@Cutiebeauty Because mos people are stuck at home. Gyms were closed (ours just opened 2 weeks ago) and a lot of people were afraid to go out. However, this summer it seems that half of Seattle were here biking.
