Big cup Chocolate Pudding
16 ounce pudding cup
First mix:
4 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
Then: mix with a fork:
6-8 tablespoons of agave nectar
Then: half way slowly add any plant based liquid like coconut
rice
oat... or you can just add water.. I add half aloe vera juice
Now:
Mix the rest of the liquid and continue to stir for about 20 minutes and it will continue to expand. Put in fridge and enjoy!!!!
I was ready for it in 3 hours. πŸ˜‹

Call me weird but I'm not a big chocolate fan.

There’s nothing weird about that. More pudding for me. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹
You can always opt for a fruity pudding cup.πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

@Wildgreens You have nooo idea. I make a batch of fruit cups one batch with agar-agar and another with Tapioca. Start with a base of fruit juice (agar agar) and Hemp milk (tapioca) then fruit cocktail and lots of dried fruits (dates, apricots, prunes, ginger, blueberries, cranberries and even currents soaked in Gin). Pour it into the small canning jars when hot (so the lid sets) and refrigerate it. When ready to eat cover it with plant based yogurt, cinnamon and granola. It's a lot of work but worth it.
