Vegan stir fry: Fresh ginger and garlic with turmeric and black pepper over bell peppers, onions, squash and Shiitake mushrooms done in coconut oil, vegan oyster sauce and soy sauce served over jasmine rice. Everyone loved it, vegan or not. ...also had a lovely glass of vegan wine
I defiantly enjoy being vegan
Edit: Forgot to mention the extra firm tofu cubed, done in the same spices and added after crisped to the sensibilities of my oldest daughter who by the way helped in the kitchen

Thanks... here is what amounts to the holy trinity of stir fry
@ArdentAtheist I do something similar with peanut saute sauce, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and then all the veggies. After partial stir fry throw a ton of collard greens on top, cover and then simmer till its all done. Thinking substituting fish sauce will be a fun change.
