Very nice but is very similar to Falafel. My late partner from Iran mad this all the time. I liked to have them made into small balls for spaghetti sauce. One extra step she taught me was to sprout the beans first. Also the cooking liquid is aquafaba.

Yes it tastes like a falafel but good.
@Wildgreens Oh boy, hopefully that was a simple, unintended faux pas. Falfel can be outstanding when done right. We had a small business making and selling this item and people loved it. I have even found a replacement for the eggs. I like all kinds of plant based burgers and have several recipes. I just made one from seaweed (Dulse).
