After a 2 year stint as a vegetarian I went vegan 6 months ago, glad I did. I’m an all in kind of guy. I don’t cheat ever at all. I want to know what’s in my food and where it came from as much as possible, we literally are what we eat and I don’t want to be a bucket of shit mixed with pesticides. I also prefer feeling good as far as my health and other choices... our choices affect the world.

I don’t judge the path of others, I’m enjoying my choice.I started the path twords veganism searching for a dietary solution to migraines, it has helped tremendously so I’m hard core because meat and dairy trigger what I would not wish on anyone. One of my daughters is pescatarian and the other two kids eat everything.
Due to food issues (reactions to dairy and eggs) I am mostly vegan. However, some items as honey I will continue to use. There is a local apiest who takes care of His bee family and everything is organic and unadulterated (honey is often the most adulterated food there is). Plus local honey helps one deal with local pollen issues.
