Oh yes. My in-laws had a house on Chicoteague where we used to vacation in the summer, and of course, we always went to the beach over on Assateague. It was very crowded for the horse round-up though, so we only saw it once. I liked it better when it was mellow there.

Some of it is from a band I was in, and I also recorded with some other people. Some of it I recorded by myself. The sound quality varies a lot.

@ProudMary It's difficult in the way that all of Pynchon's books are difficult. Deep and weird, but, at least to me, enlightening and hilarious. He's not a straightforward novelist in the traditional sense. He follows his own path, and there's not really anything I can compare it to. You'll just have to try him and see if he's your cup of tea or not. I've read all of his stuff, and I love most of it.
