I can't believe they are remaking it this way, don't know if I'm going to like that. What do you think about this?

Unless they are adding something to the story, or making it different than the animated one in some way - like they did with the live action Jungle Book - I don't see the point of making this one.

@AstralSmoke Oh yeah, I get it - it's what makes Hollywood go around. It's why we keep getting Transformers movies - and why we'll keep getting live action versions of Disney animated classics.
@JimmyOneLeg93 It's not just Hollywood, it's capitalism at its finest.
I've seen it on Broadway with two different casts....and, of course, the animated film. I think the live-action/animation technology is a good reason for this remake...and, how can they not make money having cast Beyonce'. That will get people flocking in.

Hmmmm....I'm not sure about that either. It looks so dark! On the other hand, I have liked most of the real life remakes. Hmmmm....
