I like Christian music. Do you see a problem with that?

There was a song a few years ago, really hilarious. Walking around in ladies underwear. I don't remember if that was the title or just a line from the chorus. And I don't remember the tune it was sang to. --- I have a memory like a steel trap - that's been sitting out in the rain for 60 years.

Bob Rivers – Walking Around In Women's Underwear Lyrics
"Lacey things, the wife is missing.
Didn't ask, for her permission
I'm wearing her clothes,
Her silk panty hose.
Walking around in women's underwear.

In the store, there's a teddy.
With little straps, like spagetti.
It holds me so tight,
Like handcuffs at night.
Walking around in womens underwear

In the office there's a guy named Melvin.
He pretends that I am Murphy Brown.
He'll say "Are you ready?"
I'll say, "Woah man! Lets wait untill the wife is out of town."
Later on, if you wanna,
We can dress, like Madonna.
Put on some eye shade, and join the parade.
Walking around in women's underwear.

Lacey things, missing.
Didn't ask, permission.
Wearing her clothes, silk panty hose.
Walking around in women's underwear.
Walking around in women's underwear.
Walking around in women's underwear...... "

Thanks for that. I will have to dust off my guitar. Do you remember what the tune was borrowed from. I can dope it out myself, but I'm a little tone deaf. I used to collect funny songs when I was learning to play guitar.

Walking in a winter wonderland

That's it. Thanks.

I wonder if anyone has rewritten lyrics of traditional Christmas music with secular themes. "Silent Night" is a beautiful song even with the Christian lyrics.

Something I picked up from The New Yorker, I think… (image attached)

Oh yes!!! I am listening to Winter Solstice music on YouTube right now that is in part just traditional American holiday music with Solstice, Humanist, Pagan and Wiccan lyrical themes! It's very nice to have!
