If you have a space force you can be up there knocking out the other guy's satellites and cripple him before he does a lot of damage. Too much money to be made, but if we all get tired of this someday they can knock out all satellite communications. Control that ability and you control the world.

You don't need to create a whole new layer of bureacracy to accomplish this.

@Druvius True. You do that when you want to draw attention to yourself and everything is about you. Remember that it is Trump's space force.
