In my honest opinion. Every story in that book are so amazingly silly it's not even worth questioning or debating them.

I was 6 years old in Catholic grad school when I heard about Noah the first time. knew i had t be bull shit. By the time I was in 5th grade I was already an atheist. Had to hide it as my mother would have beat me severly. She had for lesser offences.

I think that the religious would say that the "whole" earth did not flood, only the "known world" at the time. They always have a dodge.

Magic thinking! The old testament in particular, but just the whole bible as a whole should be categorized along with Tales from the Arabian Nights and Hans Christian Anderson stories. The bible though, is more dangerous for little minds to read as they know the other two are fairy tales but are told the bible is the word of god and that every word is true!

IF the ark story were true, then Noah's Family were the most pest ridden humans of all time!
They HAD to carry, flesh eating bacteria, scabies, crabs, intestinal worms, tapeworms, pinworms, lice and Bot fly larva, just to name a few.
As well as all the diseases which ONLY reside in humans, smallpox, typhoid, malaria, Diphtheria, TB and a host of others.

IF that tale were true, you could not fit the INSECTS alone. There are over 35,000 species of spider known, and an estimated 35,000 or more as yet undiscovered.

Not to mention little issues like elephants tipping the boat, the unsoundness of a wooden vessel of such size, ignoring the fact that other nations on the earth took no notice of the flood at all, or that there is just not enough water, or the reality that other people HAD boats already, and in a years time would have assaulted such an ark for the wealth of food it contained.

THEN as the final kicker, it would be the ultimate genetic bottleneck, reducing our DNA finger\print to the results of ONE family, making us ALL siblings by DNA. This would result in all sorts of birth defects and inbreeding within a generation.

It not only takes faith to believe this, it requires turning off your brain as well.

He obviously travelled the shadow realm where weeks of travel take minutes and he just kind of grabbed them and sucked them into the dimension. After Noah the planar drunken wizard collected his animals he cast fabricate and made a giant boat in about a week or so casting it about 4 times a day. He kepted the animals in the shadow realm while built boat too.

Somehow somewhere someone will find Trump's fault on this one as well..... An answer cannot get more silly than this !!! ???

You know there are two official versions of Noah and the ark. In the original (Torah), Noah took all animals except those with cloven hooves or considered unclean (shellfish). In the Christian version they leave this out.

Same with the Garden of Eden story. In the original (Torah) Adam had a wife prior to Eve; Lilith. She was made of the same soil as was Adam and was Adam's equal.. Adam did not like her equality because she would not obey his commands. He ask God for another mate. So Lilith was banished from the Garden. God made Eve from Adam's rib so that she would be subservient (made from man so answerable to man). I think there might be one passing reference ( one line) in Genesis if I remember correctly, in the Christian Bible.
