I too am new to the site those doing the Christian bashing have nothing better to do. another statement that I did see had to do with discovering the mythology that is wrapped around all religions. The quote Arthur Dent, I've had enough of your fairy stories!
As far as how one's mind deals with dying and there being nothing.
I'm good with it for the simple reason it's exactly how I remember things before I was born.

I tend to agree. I do not want to waste my time, energy, and/or thought with religion-- period.
I choose not to believe, to be free. I also choose to stay away from it in every sense as much as possible and will have nothing to do with it, except when it impinges on me and infringes my rights. To those bashers: Grow up and get over it! The more you dwell on it, the more you are still letting it control you.

Is stating that the bible is full of nonsensical stories Christian bashing? Examples please!

I have trouble understanding your post, especially the first part. Could you clarify what you say about "Christian bashing"?

2

One person's Christian bashing is another's vigorous self-defense against pressure, prejudice, or discrimination coming FROM Christians.

I’m not sure what most of your post means, but I will tell you that I really like your last sentence!
