I don’t know … we’ve removed mountain tops, water-blasted to bedrock for gold, butchered ancient forests, drilled countless oil wells, dug massive ore craters & mines, lowered the continental aquifer ... and are now ‘fracking’ quakes to extract even more in the USA.. Not counting the endless interstates, dammed rivers & pipelines to get it to consumers … soon to be China

The flow of resources has been towards the Western countries since 1492 but this may change. As an Asian client once told me, 'The West has done very well because the East became complacent but this is not the normal order of things and will soon be reversed to it's rightful place.'
