Suppose you found out that fudge does not taste like fudge, would you care?

You're right, it wouldn't matter so much, what we feel and perceive is still real to us. Its like the final definition of cognitive dissonance. Where as the cognitive dissonance that most Americans are under the influence of today is very obviously felt and perceived by many of us to be fake.
