Do you know the backstory? All of this was in response to FFRF having the audacity to put up a secular, tasteful, birth of the Bill of Rights display on public property near a manger scene, at Christmas time. The governor had it taken down. FFRF sued and won under free speech law, but the governor and state attorney are appealing what has been settled law in several other states.
