Location envy. Have you noticed where a member lives and said to yourself, "wow, I'd love to live there"? What are some of the places ...?

I'm actually looking to relocate. I will not have that problem anymore.

I live in Clearwater Florida. It's on the water so we always have a nice breeze.
It's not for every one, but I love living here.
I do have some friends from back up north that come down to visit, and I've heard a few say sometimes, I would love to live down here.

@pinklotus18 Whan I first moved down here I lived in Daytona.I didn't like it there too much. I was a chef in a place that had quite a few resturants, and they moved me here to Clearwater. I fell in love with this area instantly. The people here are mostly very friendly and laid back. I made a few friends in the first week I was here.I grew up in CT. My mom still lives there so it's nice to visit a few times a year, but I'll never live any where else.

Any beach...

I live in Southern California, I love it! I would like to try New Zealand. Similar climate I hear. Hot and drought conditions, lol!.

I couldn't live on an island. If l can't get in my car and drive to someplace really different, which in this country you can, l would get island fever. ☺

The Pacific northwest, near (but not in) a city.

Me too!!

I get this a lot, since I live in a pit of religious fanatics.
New Zealand, Germany, Canada, California, Oregon, Ireland... you know, not the midwest United States

Same. I’m in Louisiana. Almost everywhere else seems glorious.

Anywhere warm with a beach.

Love where I'm at now, but also miss the Cottswolds in England

New Orleans. Not really because some members live there or near there although yes I’m envious. No place has drawn me to it like NOLA. I’ve been there twice and it’s drawing me back, tugging at me to go back. I just feel like I belong there. The anything goes attitude I love that. I might retire there in the far future.

I love where I live, I mean, this is 4 miles from my house... but I'm always up for travel

London, Rome, Florence, Edinburgh, Berlin

Two of your choices are in the UK and two in Italy, maybe you should move to France, in the middle, and even Berlin is a short flight away.

Nope! I love Florida. I only may leave for love. Florida is the best. The beach is the best.

England, Scotland, Ireland, Italy and Greece. Although lately...not so much Greece...poor bastards....

I'm living in my favorite place: Bellingham, WA, in the Pacific Northwest. But if I could have a second home, it would be the Isle of Skye in Scotland.

Being stuck here in Missouri for as long as I have, yes. Australia would be amazing. England. Alaska. California. Florida. Colorado. Washington State. Back to New York. Arizona.
As you can see, I like options 🙂

Not really..I do sometimes envy Athiests in the States..because you can hook up for a beer and giggles.

There aren't as many members in Ireland yet..so there is that.

Move to London mate, every pub has an agnostic sitting in a corner table.

New Zealand but California looks like a dream from Indiana

Hey, Indiana has a lot to offer! It has a plethora of vowels, more corrupt officials than you can throw rocks at, a hundred roads out of it, and... Ummm.... Other stuff!!!

Well I don't mind living on any of the 3 Baleares Islands regardless of level of christianhood.... I don't need atheists around to be happy. My happiness is about me. Just got to Vegas so I am okay for now.

I've been to 48 states in the USA as well as 63 countries total....I could live just about anywhere...but I'm good just traveling.

There are a lot of places I'd visit again...but also so many new places I want to explore....

If I ever sew these wild oats of traveling and seeing the world, I just want to settle in the mountains, Colorado would be my preference. I just love the mountains and envy those living the mountain life.

I HATE you for asking this question. Why must i think about this now? 🙂

I can't say that's true for me. I've met people that I'd like to meet in person, where they are, but the place I'm at is fine for me.

I see a lot of site members living in FLA. I've visited there a few times (mostly WDW and some time on the coast), but am considering that as a retirement option because the property, even on the coast, is more affordable than Southern CA or Hawaii (other locales I love). I love subtropical beach locations and the beach "vibe" a lot.
