Same as what I'm doing, except I'd also go to Sydney (one of my favorite cities) and visit Tasmania again, etc.

I so enjoy my professional life that I am not sure I'd stop if I didn't need the money.
However ... if I had more money than sense I'd probably do more travel and writing, and of course, if "my expenses" were defined as "whatever I want to spend" then I would spend most of my time giving the money away.
