Ten years ago I would never have imagined being at a place ten years.

I've generally owned my own company so my work has been project focused, usually for a couple of years before I make a change. I don't think I could manage that so kudos to you for lasting a decade at a single job, I hope that you love your work.

Congratulations for hanging around. Since 1980 I had not been in one place for 10 years. Not a city, not a state, not a country... so never an adult decade, it will be against my nature to root myself without a woman to make it worth. But awesome for you and may the powers that be in your job recognize the gem you are. If not, show them that somebody else will.

Everybody has to be someplace. Always thought a job was a job, was a job. Unless you're inclined to come up with a way to make money without one, you need a job. Unless something better comes along or you're unhappy, why not stay?
