No need to take toxic, synthetic drugs when a few grains of powdered catnip will knock you out so quickly you'd best be already dressed for bed when you take it.

My daughter was taking Ambien during her pregnancy. It gave her sleep terrors. She would wake up in panic attacks. That convinced me never to go that route, not that I was considering it.
