What's your favorite way to celebrate your birthday? 🙂

My birthday is in exactly two weeks... normally I do something or go somewhere but this year I can't figure out. I've gone to Disneyland, Canada and PDX recently for my birthday, trying to stay close to home. I thought of Vegas but I'd be alone... it's on labor day this year so everyone will be out and about... idk, I'm coming up short on ideas and its rounding the corner quickly! (I have a small to moderate budget, no last minute trips to Rome, lol!)

I don’t think Vegas is all it’s cracked up to be. Especially alone. Sticking money in machines you know you’re going to lose kinda sucks.
I think find a city you haven’t been to yet, one with good transportation so you don’t have to worry about having a car. One with some cool natural beauty nearby too. Something about nature just calms me and replenishes me.

In Vancouver I remember feeling how good it felt inside to just be sat there amongst the trees and the mountains and the lakes.

@pepperjones it was, played poker on a real table with real people and went to see Penn and Teller. Great day 🙂

I don’t know what your creative expression may be, but maybe paint a self portrait, write some poetry or prose on your birthday and make it a yearly thing. I dated a girl who did a self portrait every year on her birthday, liked the idea so I stole it. Ha ha!

My birthday just passed. I spent the day playing bridge.
