What/ where is your happy place? What things can you think of to turn your mood around?
I basically brainwash myself lol. I just tell myself over and over again that it's gonna be okay, it'll all just be the past one day.. If it's not something that is still going to upset me in 10 years it's not worth being upset over right now.. Blah blah blah.. Usually works.
My happy place has to start when I awake. When I say to myself "whats your choise today"? And I tell myself chose to be happy, positive, alive. Or chose to be sad, negative, dead.. Generally does't take long, just long enough for a cup of coffee, and I'm ready to take on whatever comes....And its smiles and hugs for all comers.
