I enjoy dabbling in the kitchen and hate wasting food so I put together dinners of what's been in the fridge since last weeks shopping. Just pop in the oven when I get home from my route. Stuffed poor man's mushrooms tonight, my version. Mix is tuna, onion, celery, mushroom stems, horseradish, sour cream, Italian shred cheese blend, and assorted spices, topped with a sprinkle of Parmesan. Uncooked mix tasted pretty good.

sounds good except for the celery.

i call this sort of thing kitchen sink cooking.
